As we call ourselves a conscious brand, we don't believe in keeping a standing inventory. Please allow us 3-5 business days to dispatch your order from the date on which the order has been placed. 
We offer free shipping on all orders within India. The delivery time may vary depending upon the delivery location and the services of our logistics partner. Our team will share the tracking information with you once your order is dispatched from our end. 
Please allow 3-7 business days for your product to arrive from when you receive the tracking details. 


Your leather product is handcrafted with utmost care and love and each piece undergoes strict quality control before reaching your doorstep. 
However, if the product delivered contains a manufacturing defect or is not as per description, please reach out to us using our contact number or email us directly within 24 hours of receiving the piece
We do not issue refunds. Exchange/return can only be offered as a remake(in case of a faulty piece) or store credit.
In case of return, please ensure the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

If you’re based in any other part of the world, your ADISEE product will be dispatched within 3-5 working days via our courier partners. Your pieces will ship from our Delhi studio. Your tracking details will be sent via email upon dispatch. 


The shipping charges will be calculated at check out based on your location. We are happy to offer free international shipping on all orders over $350. Shipping times may vary based on your location, however most parcels should arrive within 5-10 working days after dispatch.

You may be subject to duties. It’s best to check your country's regulations before ordering. Import taxes, customs fees and/or other duties might be charged depending on your location. You will be responsible for these charges. ADISEE will not be responsible for any additional charges that may apply.


We do not offer refunds on purchases made on or with any of our stockists. All purchases are final.
