Bagging Consciousness Ft. Sonakshi Dhamija

Our bags are a little part of home that we carry with ourselves through the day. In case of any need or the slightest discomfort we turn to our bags, whether it is to avoid noisy traffic, to protect our skin, to quick fix our severe hunger, to jot down a quick thought, to re-fuel our devices, to re hydrate ourselves, to even sometimes hoard litter.
Adisee’s values are stretched and shaped with the thought process of living consciously and yoga plays an important role to consciously align oneself. Hence we reached out to a conscious consumer herself, Ashtanga Yoga instructor and the founder of the yoga studio The Shala Delhi, Sonakshi Dhamija who walks us through this sacred ritual of packing a part of her home aka her bag for the day. She mentions that to lead a mindful life one ought to carry things with them mindfully as well.
Foreseeing her needs throughout the day and picking conscious choices for those needs she curates her bag before leaving for the day.
